This course provides an overview of Judicial Mediation and Judicial Assessment in the Employment Tribunal in Northern Ireland.

Judicial Mediation and Judicial Assessment are forms of alternative dispute resolution, or ADR, which have been introduced in the Employment Tribunal in Northern Ireland to encourage parties to a dispute to reach a resolution without a formal Tribunal hearing.
