General
No, anyone can create an account and sign up for our training courses. Become a member does come with added benefits though, including significant discounts on our training programmes.
Yes – we have free and paid courses. We aim to expand our offering on a regular basis.

Payments & billing
You can pay by online bank transfer (BACS) or by credit or debit cart. Both of these are securely powered by Stripe.
You can choose to book a group course on the course’s order page. Here, you can select the number of seats required and whether you will also take the course or not.
For instant access, self-study courses, unfortunately we cannot refund these as all materials are released immediately upon purchase.
For professional-led courses (online, in person or hybrid), we offer the following refund structure:
- 30+ days’ notice: 100% refund
- 8-29 days’ notice: 80% refund
- 0-7 days’ notice: 50% refund
Refunds can take anywhere from 3-14 days to process. This depends on your payment method, your card issuer or bank/building society. Most refunds will be fully processed within 3 days.

Becoming an LCNI member gives you an expanded portal which includes:
