Benefit Tribunal Representation Training
Build your confidence and skills in representing clients at benefit tribunals.
This practical, skills-focused course is designed for advisers who already understand the benefits system but are new to tribunal representation. You’ll gain the essential techniques, guidance, and structured support needed to approach appeals with clarity and confidence.
Learn how to support appellants through every stage of the process — helping them understand their rights and procedures — while developing the ability to prepare clear, persuasive submissions that highlight key facts, legal arguments, and evidence in line with tribunal requirements.
The course concludes with a mock tribunal, giving you valuable, hands-on experience in a supportive learning environment.
Course Schedule:
- Wed 02 September – 10:00am to 4:00pm
- Wed 09 September – 10:00am to 4:00pm
- Wed 16 September – 10:00am to 4:00pm
